Bronze Maintenance Plan
Our basic plan – this plan includes an annual service for bell only alarms and two annual services for monitored alarms. It is priced from £60 per year excluding VAT for a bell only alarm with up to eight zones.
Your alarm service includes:
Check the installation & location of all equipment against the specification
Check the satisfactory operation of all detection devices
Check mains and standby power supplies
Check keypad/s & control panel for correct operation
Check all audible warning devices for correct operation
Check the alarm system is fully operational
Monitored systems – Test remote signalling equipment to ARC
Preventative maintenance is for the inspection and testing of the system in compliance with current British and European Standards, Insurance and ACPO Alarm Policy. Maintenance will reduce/prevent unnecessary false alarms and ensure that, in the event of a genuine alarm activation, you receive the correct response.
Corrective maintenance is for the repair or upgrade of your alarm installation in the future, we will be at hand to provide ongoing support. Corrective maintenance is carried out within the required timescale and in accordance with documented quality assured procedures.
Any corrective maintenance or upgrades required will be charged at discounted rate – all charges will be agreed in advance.
Silver Maintenance Plan
Offering the next level of cover from Bronze – this plan includes an annual service for bell only alarms and two annual services for monitored alarms. It also includes emergency callouts within office hours – Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. The first hour on-site is included. It is priced from £90 per year excluding VAT for a bell only alarm with up to eight zones.

Check the alarm system is fully operational

Accidental damage by third parties i.e. decorators
Damage due to power surges
Consumables i.e. Batteries

Our premium maintenance plan offering you complete peace of mind. This plan includes an annual service for bell only alarms and two annual services for monitored alarms. It also includes all emergency callouts 24/7 and all parts and labour required to rectify a fault. It is priced from £120 per year excluding VAT for a bell only alarm with up to eight zones.
