Offering the next level of cover from Bronze - this plan includes an annual service for bell only alarms and two annual services for monitored alarms. It also includes emergency callouts within office hours - Monday to Friday 9.00am to 5.00pm. The first hour on-site is included. It is priced from £90 per year excluding VAT for a bell only alarm with up to eight zones.

Preventative maintenance is for the inspection and testing of the system in compliance with current British and European Standards, Insurance and ACPO Alarm Policy. Maintenance will reduce/prevent unnecessary false alarms and ensure that, in the event of a genuine alarm activation, you receive the correct response.
Corrective maintenance is for the repair of your alarm installation. We will be at hand to provide ongoing support and promptly repair faults. Corrective maintenance is carried out within the required timescale and in accordance with documented quality assured procedures.
Any corrective maintenance will be charged at discounted rate - all charges will be agreed in advance. (There will be no charge if the system can be repaired without requiring any parts in less than an hour following an emergency call out).
Should you require an upgrade or extension to your system we will undertake this work at a discounted rate.
